They are also the knots of anguish and despair of separated couples. They are the dissolution of the family. For that reason, Mary undoes the knots. Moreover, she was chosen by God to crush the evil with Her feet. She comes to us to reveal Herself. Mary comes to provide jobs, good health, to reconcile families. She wants to undo the knots of our sins which dominate our lives. Also, as sons of the King – we can receive the promises reserved for us from eternity. Mary comes with promises of victory, peace, blessings and reconciliation.

The tradition of anointing with sacred oil is very old indeed. It is used in sacraments and also as a devotional practice. The sick person is invited to apply oil on the part of their body they want healed. As they do so, they are asked to pray to whomever the oil is dedicated too.
